Once DNA have installed the database and software on your server or cloud based server, you will be emailed an install link similar to the one below:

To install the software on your PC or laptop, click on the link and it will take you to a website:

• Click the Get Started button, this will download an install.exe. Windows might query the download, if given the option, click ‘keep‘ and then run the installation.
• The program will then download any required files. Install (click run) and accept the terms and conditions for the .NET framework and Report Viewer.
• Go through the install process by accepting and progressing the install packs, you will then get to a login screen for DNA.

The software is now installed on your PC or laptop, with the program added to your Start Menu. If you selected the option, there will now also be a shortcut to DNA on your Desktop.
