Data⇒Production⇒Operation

Click the Operation Code that the Internal Spec is to be added to and select the Internal Spec tab

Click Add and then select the Internal Spec to be added from the drop down list (this list shows all Internal Specs that are not already linked to this operation)

Click Update. The Internal Spec is now listed as one of the specs linked to this Operation

Press Save followed by Clear
