How do I print a corrective action report?

Note – To print a CAR, it must first have been created by a user with the relevant access

 

Navigate to Network⇒Sales Order Processing⇒Customer Reject and double click on the NCR that requires the Corrective Action Report printing.

 

Select the CAR tab then highlight the relevant CAR (some NCR may have more than one CAR) and then click Print
