How do I see if the material required is on order or in stock?

23 views 0

Navigate to Network⇒Production⇒Job

Double click on the job that requires the material and select the Allocated GIN tab followed by Allocate Stock

In the resulting pop-up window, highlight the part to be checked and, if the part is in stock, the right hand side of the screen will show the GIN number and the quantity available of that stock item

If for example, there is no stock available so the parts will need to be purchased – to see if a purchase order has been raised select the Related Purchase/Suncontract Order tab which will show any purchase orders raised that relate to stock items required for this job
