How do I take a sales order off hold?

Navigate to Network⇒Sales Order Processing⇒Sales Order and double click on the Order that is on hold (or use the search function) and then click Release

In the pop-up box, enter the reason for the Order being taken off hold and the click Save

The order is no longer on hold at the status will show accordingly

 

Note – The reasons for Orders being put On Hold and Released can be viewed by selecting the Log tab
