Navigate to Network⇒Production⇒Job

Select the job whose progress is to be recorded by double clicking it and then select the Progress tab

A list of the operations for the selected job is then displayed – select the operation to be progressed and click Add Progress

Note – You can only add progress to an operation if the previous operation has been completed

Note – If the add progress button is not allowing you to press it then you have to print the job card first: then it will let you

In the pop-up box, enter the Start Date/Time and Finish Date/Time and whether any parts have been rejected and then click OK

Note – The Finish Date/Time must be later than the Start Date/Time otherwise an error message will appear and the Finish Date/Time will need to be amended

The Time Spent on this operation will now show, the Ops Completed field will state Yes and the Traffic light will change to green

In the lower half of the screen, details of the Start and Finish Date/Times and the Operator(s) who have started and finished the operation will appear. The total time spent on the job for all of the completed operations will also be displayed

Repeat the above instructions for any further completed operations and then click Save followed by Close
