The locking/unlocking of a quotation is controlled by user rights to the system.

If the user has the necessary rights, locking and unlocking of quotations will not require further input of a password. If the user rights do not include unlocking of a locked quotation, a nominated user will need to unlock by selecting user name from list.

Note to System Administrators

Tools – Setup – Access Rights – Role Based Access Rights – tick Allowed to lock Quotations and Allowed to unlock Quotations. Assign the user this role based access right.
