Products and Services (Key User Role)

Only Key Users can create new Products and Services. To do this go to Settings and click ‘Products and Services’.

To add a new Product or Service, click ‘Add’ underneath the option. You will then see a page similar to below.

Once you have entered a Name and Description for the Product, click the ‘Items’ tab.

Then click ‘Add’ to add the details for the Product.

You will then be able to configure options below.  If you want options to be enabled then ensure they are checked in the checkboxes.

For example, for ‘Product 1 Enterprise’ I have disabled the PCM option as I only want this product to be sold at a one-off price or per annum.

You can enable or disable products by toggling the button under ‘Enabled. The product will only appear in Opportunities if it has been enabled.
