Keyboard shortcuts have been introduced to quotations, Ctrl F to start a search, Ctrl P to print the quotation options and Ctrl N to create a new quotation.

Same Group

This tick box will enable the grouping of quotes to retain the same group number on all quotations.  Useful for multiple items on one quotation.

Lock

Lock button to secure a quotation, several options are available but all will need administrator rights to unlock if a lock has been applied.

Drawing/File

Now superseded by Document links.  However, one Bitmap formatted picture can be attached to the works order.

Actions

Actions duplicates the right click option within quotations
