Requesting Calibration

31 views 0

To request calibration of an asset, click ‘Request Calibration’.

This will send the asset to Calibration Requests which is in the Calibration section.

To see the calibration requests, click ‘Requests’.

We then have the option to issue recall, or calibrate the asset.  These next steps are the same for when an aseset is in the Out of Calibration menu.

Issuing a Recall

To issue a recall, select the asset and click ‘Issue Recall’.

Click ‘Recall’.

This user will then receive an email notifying them that you have issued a recall. The user will then need to send this asset to calibration.

Sending an Asset to Calibration

To send an asset from requests to calibration, select it and click ‘Calibration’

Then select a target date for the calibration.

The asset will then be shown to be ‘At Calibration’.
