The ‘Actions’ section presents an overview of yours and your team’s corrective actions.

Actions can be added in the ‘Capture’ section if a question is answered as ‘Needs Improvement’ or ‘Non-Conforming’.

For example, if you click on ‘Late Actions’ you can view your late actions, or ‘Completed Actions’ to view your completed actions.

You can choose between viewing:
