User Defined Fields

96 views 0

User Defined Fields (UDFs) can be added on multiple different processes. They allow you to have fields specifically for you, for example you could have a total weight UDF on your works order for export purposes.

To enable UDFs head to <Tools><Setup><User Accounts> then select the account you want to be able to add them on and select “User Def Fields Admin”

If this option isn’t there you are not on a recent enough version. Please call Fitfactory support and you will be upgraded.

To add a UDF onto a window look for “This space can be used to create custom fields for your own use”

If you hover over the top of this box a + will appear and by pressing this you will get a new field

To change the name of the field double left click on the name

To change the data type right click on the UDF name

If you chose Choice you will can preset multiple options that will appear in a drop down menu.
