What are the software requirements?

DNA offers two hosting options, host the software in house on your own server or allow us to host it on our cloud server.

If you opt to host the software on your own server, it will require the following software to be installed prior to setting up the DNA system. Our technical team will ensure all required software is installed.

1. Windows Server 2008R2 or greater.

2. .Net framework 3.5

3. SQL server 2008R2

4. SQL server management studio

5. DNA software

 

The client PC will require the following:

1. Windows 7 or greater

2. .Net Framework 3.5

3. Windows Installer 3.1

4. Microsoft visual studio 2008 report viewer

 

Note: all required components will be downloaded when you access the client installation web page on the server. However, they can also be download directly from the Microsoft official Website if required.
