What backups are required?

31 views 0

If you have opted to host the software on your own server, your data is not automatically backed up to the cloud. However, if you do have a server issue, the data can be retrieved providing it has been correctly backed up to a tape or off site location by your organisation. SQL server / databases are very resilient, and if the server does crash the chances are that the database will be intact, but backups are still HIGHLY recommended and we recommend off site back up every day.

DNA can offer a daily backup service if required, please contact us for more information.

Customers who have opted for cloud hosting of their DNA software receive a daily backup service as standard as part of their monthly fee.
