Action Buttons

An action button performs an action when clicked on. The Action Buttons used by DNA are shown and described below:

These buttons enable you to Edit an item, Delete an item or move items up and down to change the ordering of a list.

Navigation Panel

When there is a long list of records with the system (e.g. customers, part numbers, purchase orders) it may appear on multiple pages. The navigation panel will allow you to move between these pages or change the number of records to be displayed on each page.

The above example is the Invoice list, you can use the filter by dropdown to select your search criteria. In this case, the invoice number has been selected. Use the keyword fields to enter your search range “from” and “to”. On this particular filter you can also include invoice dates “from” and “to”. Once these have been populated click the ‘search’ button (number 1 in Red), this will filter/search for these records. To clear a search filter click the ‘clear filter’ button (number 2 in Red).
