What do the three schedule fields mean?

23 views 0

The three schedule fields are taken from the sales order information screen and are as follows;

  • Cust Req Date – The date that the customer has specified that they require the order delivered. This is usually stated on the Purchase Order
  • SLA Date – The service Level Agreement Date is the date calculated by the system based on the customer’s Ranking and the Production Lead Time of the Part Number
  • Promised Date – This is the date that the customer has been promised that the job will be completed – this defaults to the customer required date but can be overwritten
