What if the note I need isn’t listed?

Navigate to Data⇒Production⇒Route

 

If, when adding (or editing) an operation, the Operation Note required is not listed, click New Note

 

In the pop-up window, type the new note in the yellow box, select a Customer Spec from the drop-down box if required and then click Save
