If, once a job has been despatched and the Delivery note/CofC printed, it is realised that the Release Approval is incorrect then, providing the Allow Release Approval Change option has been selected in the customisation tab, then the Release Approval can be changed

Navigate to Network⇒Production⇒Job

Select the job that has the incorrect Release Approval and, in the drop down box, select the correct Release Approval

Click Save and the amended Delivery Note/CofC can now be reprinted with the new Release Approval
