There are a number of mandatory fields in the system, and a page won’t save unless all of the mandatory fields have been completed. If you are having trouble saving a page, check each tab for a field saying Mandatory Field in red letters. Complete this field and try saving again.

Mandatory fields show where important information is required, so that the system has all the essential data to perform in the correct manner for your business needs.
